Bear is round. He likes to think about things that are round just like him, things like burgers, onion rings and doughnuts. Mmmmmm, yum.

Here are five little things that kept me occupied in lately:

I made a small bear painting (5×5 inches) on canvas using deco paint pens.
*****

Also, I made some new DIY flyers/business cards. they are hand drawn and then photocopied.
*****

My mini Moleskine cover got a little face-lift. I decorated it with moo stickers with my own designs and with kitchy stickers from a local store.
*****

Today I kept myself busy cleaning my home studio. Here is a detail of a shelf with acrylic paints. It will probably get cluttered with other stuff pretty soon but for now it looks neat.
*****

I sorted through my humble collection of decorative papers to see which one will get used a photo backdrop next.

I wish it would rain soda… but instead it’s raining, well, rain.
And, as you’ve probably guessed by my latest posts this is yet another page from my sketchbook.
I wish you all wonderful weekend!

I doodled a little bear on a tote bag today and it says hello!

Critters standing on a top of a Bear hill!

Bear likes donuts. Because they are round. And taste good. And because he’s a Bear.

Original sketch.

Colored version.

Welcome Spring! It’s nice to meet you again!

Another underwater beast!

First I’d like to thank you guys who answered my question about what you’d like to see on this blog either in comments or in e-mail and helped me to make this place more fun and interesting for everyone who visits

Some of you, and by that I mean Damir, wanted to see more Mr Fox on this blog. Since in lately I haven’t felt too inspired to draw forest animals (I’m in jellyfish phase hehe) I pulled out some illustrations from my archives. First two are from last Winter and the last one was started last December and finished yesterday.

Fox and Deer woke up Bear from his Winter nap to come out and play with them in the snow. Bear was still feeling sleepy so he just watched Fox and Deer build a snowman. When the snowman was almost finished and only needed a nose, Fox, an experienced snowman builder decided to use a fresh carrot for it. “That carrot looks pretty juicy,”, thought Deer “It would be a shame to use it as snowman’s nose, oh, well, I’ll just let Fox put it and then bite off snowman’s nose when no one is watching.”

Fox, an intelligent and rational animal as he is, realized that Santa is only a myth and it doesn’t really exist so he decided to take things into his paws and buy presents for all of his friends.
But, little did Fox know that Santa does exist and is real and that very moment he was having a cup of coffee at Wolf’s place. Wolf invited Santa over to personally tell him that he’s been a good beast all through the year and that he deserves a bunch of presents, mostly candy. Badger, who is a gardening enthusiast asked Santa to bring him a new tractor and Hedgehog was already happy because Santa gave him cool holiday cap.

I’m still open for your suggestions or request so if there’s something special you’d like to see on asjaboros.com let me know.

Bear says hello and so do I. I hope you’re having a wonderful Sunday!
